form, and be sure to separately e-mail at least two(2) color,close-up,front
view face jpegs for all subjects to frank@frankbernard.com. Your secure Paypal
payment is due upon clicking the "Submit" button. Upon completion of the caricature,I
will e-mail you a watermarked copy of the finished caricature for your final
approval. The finished caricature will then be e-mailed to you.
Paypal is the only payment method accepted. Your satisfaction is guaranteed
